Certificate/Registration/Renewal

Once a information pack has been purchased the property is pre-registered once the maintenance of both the external/internal stop taps have been completed together with the household information card  , we fully register the property from a confirmatory email if required , please email enquiries@uiservice.co.uk & state "household information card completed" we then confirm full registration.

RENEWAL of Household Information Pack

From our records we will contact the client/property shortly after the 10th year from the invoice date for the option to renew pack allowing a repeat process to occur allowing for new updated information & the maintenance of stop taps to take place the original registration will expire on the last day of the 11th year from the original invoice to which is confirmed on the certification part of the card .

11 YEAR PERIOD MAINTENANCE OF STOP TAPS 

It is essential both external and internal are maintained once registered we can ensure reminders are sent to carry our maintenance on stop taps and the renewal and update of utility household information is done with new household information pack .
